Description
 Persian Gulf Sceneries (2025) is a series of 66 vegetarian gelatin monoprints. Each sheet is a different scene from the same coastline: the water, the sun and the bodies that move between them.
06/66 sets a reclining figure against a wall of yellow light, the blue of the sea rising on both sides. The texture you see, the crackle in the blue and the scraped streaks of yellow, comes straight from the plate.
Each print is pulled by hand from a vegetarian gelatin plate. The plate never gives the same image twice, so this is a unique work, not a reproduction. Signed, titled and numbered in pencil.
