Description
Colors of Hope is an abstract art postcard by Matigan, printed from a digital painting the artist developed from her own original oil painting.
From the Colors of Hope series of 22 works, this piece sets bright coral red against a cool, chalky turquoise. Angular planes and a wide sweeping arch move across the surface, and the brushed, canvas-like texture of the original oil painting still shows through.
Printed on matte card in postcard size, it is an easy way to live with contemporary abstract art: send it to someone you love, pin it above your desk, or frame it as a small piece for a shelf, hallway or gallery wall. The soft matte finish keeps the colors deep and free of glare.
